Refund Policy

Bookings made over the phone, via text, or by email can be rescheduled or refunded 24 hours before starting time of scheduled date. We are aware that life is busy and sometimes things come up unannounced. We will do our best to move things around and appreciate your adherence to our policies. Refunds are applicable to adherence to the 24 hour before job start time reschedule if a deposit was made, failure to follow these rules will result in a reschedule (only option) for services and in the event that this happens 3 times in a row the deposit will be forfeited for refund.
