Refund Policy

Bookings made over the phone, via text, or by email will have a 6 hour grace period where clients may ask for a return to home unsatisfactory cleaning issue with in home situation where standards of the company and client are not met, a refund may be issued if unforeseen situations or events incurred where client and company have agreed to issue and fairness of said situation. If deposits was made for a scheduled cleaning and the time and date is not available to be met by clients their service can be rescheduled 12 hours before start time or refunded 24 hours before starting time of scheduled date if not available for the foreseeable future. We are aware that life is busy and sometimes things come up unannounced. We will do our best to move things around and appreciate your adherence to our policies.
