Kitchen

Kitchen
1. Cupboards & Cabinets (Top Corner First)
• Dust/wipe tops.
• Vacuum crumbs inside cupboards/drawers, then wipe.
• Wipe outside doors & handles.
2. Backsplash & Walls ( wipe and sanitize backsplash, spot clean walls
3. Countertops
• Clear items, wipe/sanitize surface at eye level to check for crumbs/streaks.
• Wipe items before returning them.
4. Lower Storage
• Vacuum & wipe drawers, shelves, and fronts.
5. Appliances
• Inside/outside fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
• Don’t forget handles, knobs, seals.
6. Final Touches
• Sanitize bins.
• Dust/vacuum baseboards & vents.
• Vacuum & mop floor (pull appliances if possible).
Bedrooms and Living Spaces

1. Start in a corner, ceiling height: dust/wipe corners, fans, vents, fixtures.
2. Shelves: top → bottom.
3. Windows: glass, sills, tracks.
4. Surfaces: dust/wipe furniture, décor, electronics.
5. Couches & Upholstery, Vacuum cushions, under/behind, Lift & clean crevices.
6. Walls & Doors: spot clean fingerprints, switches, handles.
7. Baseboards & Vents: dust/vacuum thoroughly.
8. Floors: vacuum carpets/rugs (move small furniture when possible), mop hard floors.
Bathrooms

1. Start with light fixtures above vanity.
2. Mirror - (streak-free).
3. Vanity - Clear surface, wipe items before replacing.
Wipe/sanitize top, sink, faucet (dry for shine).
4. Inside Vanity - Vacuum drawers/cupboards, then wipe.
5. Toilet - Scrub bowl, wipe tank, handle, base.
6. Shower/Tub - Scrub tiles, grout, glass, fixtures.
7. Final Touches - Baseboards & vents.
- Vacuum, mop, and dry floor.
- Polish chrome & high-touch areas.
Stairs

1. Vacuum treads, risers, and edges.
2. Wipe with damp cloth into creases/crevices.
3. Dab with dry cloth to lift dirt.
4. Re-vacuum to finish.
Basement

1. Start in corner, top to bottom.
2. Dust ceiling corners, light fixtures, pipes/vents.
3. Clean windows, sills, and tracks.
4. Wipe shelving, storage bins, or appliances (washer/dryer, freezer).
5. Vacuum/wipe baseboards and vents.
6. Deep vacuum all carpets and area rugs.
7. Mop hard floors.
Whole-Home Details
Work top-floor to basement, room by room.
• Always vacuum before wiping inside cupboards/drawers.
• Sanitize high-touch areas: doorknobs, railings, switches, remotes.
• Entryways & closets: dust shelving, vacuum/mop floors.
