Understanding Your Initial/Single Clean Estimate All initial and one-time cleans are estimates. Your final base rate will be adjusted based on the actual time our team spends, billed at $60 per labor hour. Our pricing is based on our usual experience, so if we finish sooner than budgeted, you'll only be billed for the actual time used. If the job requires more time, our Customer Care Team will always reach out to advise you before proceeding.

Required: First-Time Cleans These cleans include extra time in the base rate to properly tackle built-up grime, especially in bathrooms and kitchens. By default, baseboards, door frames, window sills, and moldings will be dry dusted. For a truly deep clean where these items are hand-washed, we highly recommend upgrading to our Deep Clean.

Deep Clean Upgrade With a Deep Clean, baseboards, door frames, window sills, and moldings are meticulously hand-washed for a superior finish. For recurring services, we always recommend starting with a Deep Clean for the most thorough initial clean.

Deep Clean + Move In/Out Services This service includes all the benefits of a Deep Clean, plus interior cleaning of empty cabinets, drawers, and closets. Don't forget to select any additional add-ons you might need! Please note that if the home is not entirely empty or if our team needs to work around movers, more time may be required, impacting the final cost.

Finding Your Home's Square Footage For the most accurate quote, please look up your home's square footage on the City of Winnipeg's Property Assessment Details and use that value. https://assessment.winnipeg.ca/asmttax/english/propertydetails/default.stm If you'd like your main basement areas cleaned, you can add their square footage in the add-on section. Remember, basement bedrooms or bathrooms should just be added to your room counts, not their square footage.
