Understanding Your Initial/Single Clean Estimate:

All initial and one-time cleans are estimates.

Your final base rate will be adjusted based on the time our team spends, billed at $40 per labor hour.

For jobs requiring more time, our Customer Care Team will inform the client that more time is needed and needs to be approved by the client before proceeding.

Required for First-Time Cleans:
Extra time may be needed to effectively address built-up grime,
particularly in bathrooms and kitchens.
Baseboards, door frames, window sills, and crown moldings.
Deep Clean Upgrade: Baseboards, door frames, window sills,
and moldings receive meticulous hand-washing for a superior finish.
Move In/Out Services:
This includes all the benefits of a Deep Clean, plus interior cleaning of empty cabinets, drawers, and closets. Remember to select any additional add-ons you may need!
If the home isn’t entirely empty or if our team must work around movers,
more time may be required, affecting the final cost.
Finding Your Home's Square Footage: For the most accurate quote,
please check your home's square footage on the City of Winnipeg's Property Assessment Details.
If you’d like your main basement areas cleaned,
add their square footage in the add-on section,
but remember that basement bedrooms or bathrooms should only be included in your room counts.
Post-Renovation Cleans: These jobs can vary greatly in time and scope.
